4. Device Permissions
Location (GPS)
We collect geolocation data with your explicit consent. This data is used to allow administrators to verify which construction site the work was performed at. Location is recorded when workers submit reports. Location data is stored only on our servers and is never sent to third parties.
Camera & Video
The app may request permission to access your camera to take photos and record videos of construction work. This is used exclusively for creating inspection reports. Media files are uploaded to our secure servers.
Microphone
Voice notes can be recorded and are processed by AI for automatic transcription into report text.
5. AI Service Providers
To provide AI-powered report processing, we transmit certain data to third-party AI service providers.

- •What data is shared: Report photos, voice notes, and descriptions are transmitted for AI analysis. We minimize data sharing to only what is necessary for the Service to function.
Important: Report content (photos, descriptions) may be transmitted to Google Gemini for processing. It is processed according to Google's privacy policy. We cannot control how Google handles data once transmitted.

8. Data Retention & Deletion
- Active Account Data: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Reports and project data are stored to provide continuity of service.
- Deleted Reports: When you delete a report, it is permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible.
- Account Deletion: Upon account deletion request, we permanently delete all your personal data, company settings, and report history within 30 days.
- Third-Party Provider Data: We cannot delete data that has already been transmitted to Google Gemini for AI processing. Google's data retention policies apply.
